Ms. Hardini Shah is a Counselling Psychologist who believes that every individual deserves a space where they can feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. She strives to create a safe and compassionate environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and concerns.

Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from various evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, she works collaboratively with clients.

She has experience working with children with disabilities, teenagers, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, interpersonal, and life-transition difficulties.
