Ms. Aditi is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and expertise. Proficient in conducting psychological assessments in addition to being proficient in observation, counseling, CBT and REBT. She is cognizant of psychoanalysis, play therapy and art based therapy as well.

Therapy, to her, is a collaborative process in which the therapist facilitates the client to attain self-awareness, emotion regulation and reach to his or her emotional goals. Furthermore, they mutually discover and work to resolve any unresolved emotions or issues from the past. Ms. Aditi uses an eclectic approach to help individuals with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

She is also adept at dealing with behavioural and emotional difficulties faced by children and guiding parents with the same.
